Thesis Title: Assessing the factors modulating synchrony perception for complex audiovisual stimuli.
About
My research interests lie in the area of human multisensory processing. I am interested in the scientific study of multisensory spatial and temporal processing and the neural mechanisms underlying those processes. The primary focus of my previous research work has been directed at the crossmodal effects of audition and vision on the perception of audiovisual apparent motion. Currently, I am focusing on the investigation of the factors modulating audiovisual temporal perception using complex, ecological-valid stimuli, such as speech, music, and object-actions.
